Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online at gosleek.com. Click on the book now tab on main menu

Do you accept walk-ins?

Unfortunately, due to our high client volume, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. Please book an appointment via our online scheduler. We open our schedules a month in advance so check back regularly and make sure you’re following us on IG for cancellations.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel via the confirmation email received when booking. Scroll down and click view online and that will direct you to a page to cancel. If you experience any problems, please text us with details of your appointment and we will cancel for you. Remember, deposits are non-refundable.

I’m trying to book an appointment but no dates are showing up?

If you experience this, it’s likely due to unavailability of the stylist you are trying to schedule your service with. You can either book with one of our other Go Sleek stylists or keep checking back for cancellations.

Is Monique accepting new clients?

Monique is accepting new clients who are receiving extension services ONLY. She is not accepting new clients for natural hair services.

Can you put me on the cancellation list?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a cancellation list but if someone cancels it’ll automatically open back up for anyone else to book it and we sometimes post on IG, so make sure you’re following us. Check the site often to see if any cancellations have happened.

I need to reschedule my appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled online. Go into the email you received when initially booking the appointment and scroll down to the bottom and click view online and that will then direct you to a page to reschedule. The calendar will show our accurate availability.

I tried to reschedule my appointment online but it won’t let me - how do I reschedule?

That’s likely because you’ve missed the 72 hour reschedule window. Appointments must be rescheduled within 72 hours before the appointment or you will forfeit your deposit. You can rebook a new date, time and submit a new deposit by clicking book appointment on our main menu.

When is my appointment?

You will receive a appointment notice once your appointment has been accepted by us. The 2nd notice is sent, via email, 2 days before your appointment. The 3rd notice is sent 1-hour before your appointment; you and the stylist will receive all appointment reminders. If you are not receiving notices, please check your junk mail and/or make sure you’ve put the correct email address on file.

Can I bring my kids to the salon?

Per state board regulations, we do not allow kids that are not being services; no exceptions can be made to this rule.

Online Orders

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and 3-5 business days, after your order has been processed, for delivery. The system will automatically send you a tracking number via email or text once your order ships. If more than 7 business has passed and you have not received your order, it is likely because your address can’t be verified. Please give us a call as soon as possible. 678-698-8988

Why was my order refunded?

If you received an email that your order was refunded, it is likely your order was flagged as potentially being fraudulent. Please ensure the billing address and CVC match with what your banking institution has on file.

I wasn’t home when they attempted delivery of my package, what do I do now?

For security reasons and your protection, we require signature for Go Sleek packages. If you were not available when the carrier attempted delivery, they likely left a notice of a 2nd attempt on the next business day. That notice usually will have your local post office information on it and you can give them a call to reschedule another delivery time or ask them to hold it at your local post office for you to pick up. If your package goes unclaimed for over a week, they will return it back to us and we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and you will forfeit the cost of shipping.

Can I pick up my online order in store?

Unfortunately, we do not allow online orders to be picked up in store. You must allow the order to be shipped.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Overnight shipping is available on some items but it’s not guaranteed we can always accommodate overnight shipping. Once you have placed your order, please give us a call to see if overnight is available on your items. If so, we will quote you the additional cost of overnight shipping and send you an invoice for the overnight shipping fee. Fees can range from an additional 25$-60$, depending on your location. We cannot quote a cost for overnight shipping if you have not placed your online order first.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally but we are working on it. Make sure you’re following our IG page and subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the know at this time.

I received the wrong order.

If you notice any errors with your order, please contact us immediately. 678-698-8988 (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm est.)

Extensions

I’m experiencing issues with my bundles, unit, or clip ins?

It’s very uncommon for our hair to shed or tangle but if you are experiencing any issues with your extensions (excessive shedding or tangling) please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure to include a detailed description of what you’re experiencing and include photos and video evidence.

How do I care for my bundles, clip ins and unit?

We recommend always using a clarifying shampoo. We love the Treseme deep cleansing shampoo and the Treseme conditioner. This shampoo will remove all excessive dirt and oil off the hair and keep the hair feeling clean and light. If you are wearing the hair in the natural state, you will need to wet the hair down every 2-3 days and combs the hair through thoroughly from root to end and allow the hair to air dry. Never sleep or lay on the hair while wet to avoid matting. Do not manipulate or “play with” the hair while in the drying phase as it causes it to dry frizzy. The same applies for both textures. The Cambodian wavy and the Cambodian curly. The hair can be straighten using a ceramic iron up to 450 degrees. The extensions can be colored but we recommended that the services are performed by a licensed professional. The clips/ combs on your unit and clip in extensions are like buttons on your clothes or taps on the bottom of your shoes and they will wear over time. We send replacement combs in each shipment or they can be purchased at your local beauty supply store. You will only need basic needle and thread to replace the combs if you experience any clip malfunctions.

How do I order a Go Sleek Unit?

The first step to ordering a Go Sleek Unit is to book a unit consult via the online schedule. Unit prices start at $500 and final price is determined based head size, desired length, color, installation and/or additional customizations. All details are finalized at the time of the consult.

My Go sleek unit doesn’t fit.

If you notice your unit is too big/or too small, please contact us immediately. We must be notified within 3 business days of receiving your unit. Some space in the unit is normal.

How do I order a custom unit if I live out of state?

We ship units. Please book a FaceTime consult first via our online scheduler.

How long does Go sleek extensions last?

Our bundles can last up to a year w/ proper maintenance or 2-3 installs. Our units can last 1-2 years with proper maintenance. Our clip-in sets we recommended replacing every 6 months depending on how often you wear them. Instant Ponytails can last up to 1 year with proper maintenance.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final on all Go sleek products but should you experience any issues with your extensions we will mitigate the issue after further review. For bundles/clip ins/ ponytails we must be notified within 7 business days after receiving the items. For units we must be notified within 3 business days. (Please don’t make any alterations to the unit, contact us first)

Monique does such a great job on my hair and her and Kesha have created a friendly and warm atmosphere in their salon. I Travel almost 3 hours to get my hair done! And Will continue to do so!   • review rating 5  1st Reviewer Disclosure: Fair, Unbiased, and Facts Only! They took me literally at the last moment due to an emergency and flying in all the way from California. Very warm and inviting from the beginning, which instantly eased my anxiety. They made me feel secure and not a burden at all. Clients were also very nice and had good spirits. No negativity at this salon, all professional and family oriented. You know the path of a salon by their clientele. The owner always had the brightest smile, even at moments when pressured for time. She always made her clients feel valued and not rushing her AMAZING technique. This says a lot because we know stylists can loose focus on the main thing, which is always the client. Period. I witnessed her work hard with respect to her craft. You can tell its not all about profit with her. She takes time to precision and will get it done until its right and meets her standards. Keisha did my full sew-in with closure and ROCKED it! Again, these ladies are worth every service they offer. My hope is that as the salon's platforms grows (which it will with talent/dedication I witnessed) they remain humble because Mo's smile does more than create a warm energy, it transcends a positive humbleness from a woman who has the strength of a lion.
